[Bugs] Full screen mode doesn't allow PIP mode for many supporting apps

* Recommended to upload a 720*312 image as the cover image

Full screen mode doesn't allow PIP mode for many supporting apps. Please fix this and also give the option to read the notification after face unlock like iPhone does.
